Restaurant Dubbel is conveniently located on a stone’s throw from the vibrant Leidsesquare in Amsterdam. That is why we are the ideal place to start or have an exciting evening. We are in the vicinity of many famous nightclubs, cinemas, theaters, bar scene and other venues; De La Mar, Paradiso, Holland Casino and the Melkweg. You are also most welcome to have an after dinner drink or snack at our large bar and our friendly staff will make your evening complete.

Dubbel Eten & Drinken is situated in the heart of Amsterdam City Center, but is very reachable by public transport. Furthermore there are several parking garages nearby.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

By tram from the Central Station: take trams 1, 2 or 5 direction Leidseplein. Disembark at stop Leidseplein.

By tram from Amsterdam Amstel: take tram 12 direction Sloterdijk. Disembark at stop Overtoom.

By tram from Amsterdam Zuid: take tram 5 direction Central Station. Disembark at stop Leidseplein.

By tram from Amsterdam Sloterdijk: take tram 12 direction Amsterdam Amstel. Disembark at stop Overtoom.

BY CAR

From the beltway (highway A10) take exits S106, S110 or S112, direction City Center (Centrum). Follow signs for parking garage “Byzantium”.

From the parking garage Byzantium it is a five minute walk across the Leidsesquare, past the City Cinema, follow the canal and you will find Restaurant Dubbel at your left hand side in the middle of the block.

STREET PARKING

There is limited parking available in our area, especially during evening hours. The tariff for street parking for the canal (Lijnbaansgracht) is € 4,- an hour (Monday to Saturday 09.00 – 24.00, Sunday 12.00 – 24.00). A day card will set you back € 24,- (09.00 – 19.00), an evening card € 16,- (19.00 – 24.00), a day + evening card € 36,- (09.00 – 24.00), a Sunday card € 16,80 (09.00-19.00) and a Sunday total card € 28,80 (09.00 – 24.00). All prices are subject to change. For most recent prices we refer to Cition.
